Lurgi Now Trading as Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions

Air Liquide has fully absorbed its German engineering subsidiaries Lurgi and Zimmer. Going forward, the two companies added to the French industrial gases group's portfolio in 2007 will be known as Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions.

Lurgi will be operated as a division of Air Liquide within the Large Industries business segment, and its financial results will not be reported separately. In 2013, the business had sales of around €15 billion.
