The facility will be Enzene’s first outside of India when it starts up in June 2024, initially employing 50 staff and expanding to 300 in the future.

Enzene said the New Jersey manufacturing capabilities will provide North American biopharmaceutical companies with streamlined supply chains, fast turnaround times, enhanced communication and greater control over the manufacturing process.

Located in Pune, Enzene is focused on producing biosimilars, novel biologics, synthetic peptides and phytopharmaceuticals.
