IMCD Appoints Hedwig Koopmans as Managing Director for for Switzerland

The IMCD Group has appointed Hedwig Koopmans as Managing Director of IMCD Switzerland with effect from April 1, 2026.

Hedwig Koopmans has extensive experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. She joined IMCD in 2020 as Global Product Manager for Pharmaceuticals and currently heads the Pharmaceuticals business unit in Germany.

Christoph Garbotz, Managing Director, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Southeast Europe, comments: “Hedwig Koopmans combines deep pharmaceutical expertise with strong commercial leadership.
