Saltigo to Provide Contract Manufacturing Services for Daiichi Sankyo

Saltigo has signed an agreement with Tokyo-based Daiichi Sankyo for the provision of contract manufacturing services; this comes ahead of Daiichi Sankyo's plans to commercialize one of its novel drug pipeline projects.

Financial details were not released.

Daiichi Sankyo is one of the 20 leading pharmaceutical companies worldwide and is a pioneer in industrial R&D-oriented pharmaceutical developments. Germany's Saltigo is a 100% subsidiary of specialty chemicals company Lanxess.
